Keep it simple: add items, update stock, and upload photos.
Daily Checklist (Products)
- Add new items in 1) Add Item.
- Upload at least one photo per live item in Photos and delete.
- Use Publish to make items visible on the shop.
- Use Set stock for limited crochet items.
- Open Order Updates to process paid orders.

Account must exist in Supabase Auth and have role admin in user_profiles.
